Description
The Emerson AMS EZ1000 is an eddy current signal converter designed for use with Emerson’s AMS EZ series and compatible PR642x eddy current sensors. It is used in critical turbomachinery and rotating equipment applications to convert the raw probe signal into a conditioned analog output for vibration, displacement, shaft position, eccentricity, and speed monitoring.
The EZ1000 is widely deployed in steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, pumps, fans, and gearboxes, where continuous shaft condition monitoring is essential for machinery protection and predictive maintenance.
